Beautiful holiday house situated in a villa area, near the center of Skagen. The property is fenced and covered with dunes. 2 sleepingplaces are placed in an adjacent building beside the mainhouse.
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 113 m² and is build in 1964. In 2010 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. A 50 litres smart and practical Party Cooler for cooling of bottled and canned beverages. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.
The holiday home is situated on a 600 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 600 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 5 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
